Cancellation Policy

Onda Cleaning Service Policy Booking & Scheduling All appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend scheduling recurring services at least one week ahead. Booked hours must be used within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation & Refund Policy Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service. No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Payment Packages must be prepaid before scheduling any cleaning appointments. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved digital payments. Additional hours beyond the package will be charged at the standard rate of £25/hour. Service Use & Flexibility Package hours can be used flexibly — split over multiple visits or used in a single session. Unused hours expire 30 days after purchase unless otherwise agreed. Please notify us in advance if you require special requests or additional services. Access & Client Responsibilities Ensure clear and safe access to all areas to be cleaned. Secure valuables and fragile items prior to the service. Onda is not liable for damage to unsecured items. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with any part of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will address concerns promptly. Service Limitations Our services do not include heavy repairs, hazardous waste removal, or specialized cleaning (unless separately arranged). Additional services can be quoted and booked separately.
